High-Volume Transactional Processing: Execute and process daily transactions (such as visa issuances, document verifications, providing consultations to clients to achieve excellent results, providing solutions to management in case of any service challenges on the digital CX system, maintaining an output target of transactions per day 4. Accuracy and Regulatory Compliance: Conduct strict verification of all incoming documents and transactions in compliance with NIP rules, federal guidelines, and corporate governance standards. 5. Discrepancy Identification & Audit Support: Identify, log, and resolve operational discrepancies or system errors promptly. Escalate unresolved issues to management and support continuous improvement audits. 6. Multi-Channel Communication: Manage official communication channels (including the CX System, GDRFA system, Dubai Trade, and internal emails) to provide timely, accurate, and fully traceable updates to customers and departments. 7.
