Responsibilities Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, providing strategic and operational guidance to managers on all people-related matters. Support and advise employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, fostering positive employee relations and engagement. Lead and coordinate HR initiatives, including talent development, performance management, and employee retention programs. Drive the performance management process by facilitating goal setting, performance reviews, and individual development planning. Analyze HR data and key workforce metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and implement improvement measures. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to ensure an effective, high-quality recruitment and onboarding experience. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards while advising managers on best practices. Support organizational change initiatives, works council collaboration, and complex employee relations matters to drive business success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR/People role within a large, international organization. Solid knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and people management practices. Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
