Who operates Maritime Bridge?

Maritime Bridge — Maritime & Yachts Careers is the international careers brand operated through Menorca Brokers. Menorca Brokers is a trading name used by a self-employed individual (autónomo / sole trader) established in Spain; it is not presented here as a limited company. The legal service provider and, for the platform's own candidate database, the data controller is the natural person identified in the operator details above. Maritime Bridge and Menorca Brokers are commercial names, not separate legal persons.

Platform scope

Maritime Bridge is a live maritime job-discovery and education portal. Quality-screened vacancies link to the original employer or recruitment source. Maritime Bridge does not receive applications or provide CVs to employers. Public candidate/employer registration and internal applications remain disabled. The platform may invite limited accounts directly through the verified owner, but no public talent-pool access or document uploads are available.

Employment services: The intended service for candidates is free of charge. Before performing active recruitment or placement, the sole-trader operator must verify any applicable employment-agency and seafarer-recruitment requirements in the relevant jurisdictions.

Candidates

Public candidate registration and professional profiles are not available. If you receive a direct owner invitation, do not upload CVs, identity, banking or health documents because these services are not active. No invitation guarantees an interview, placement or employment. Candidate use of the initial service is free; any future service charges require transparent terms in advance.

Employers

Vacancies must be genuine, lawful, accurate and nondiscriminatory. Employers must meet any applicable employment, maritime certification, wage and immigration requirements. Employers cannot browse the Talent Pool, contact candidate accounts through the platform, or directly download CVs. Only a carefully scoped candidate list may be delivered by Maritime Bridge for a specific verified vacancy, after operator checks. No scraping, bulk downloading, profiling or unsolicited marketing. Employer verification and manual job moderation may be required.

Reporting and moderation

Report impersonation, discrimination, fraud or inaccurate listings at . The operator may remove unlawful listings, suspend accounts and ask employers to verify their identity. An appeal/contact process and, as applicable, obligations under the EU Digital Services Act should be reviewed before live launch.

Third-party links

Links to external recruitment websites are provided for navigation and may have separate policies. Always verify offers and never pay a recruitment deposit to an unverified third party. The exact service operator, jurisdiction, consumer terms and liability provisions must be validated before enabling additional account and personal-data services; this draft does not replace enforceable final conditions.
